What's New For The 2020 INFINITI Q60?
The 2020 model year marks yet another entry of the Q560 in its second production cycle as INFINITI's compact two-door coupe. The luxury vehicle is updated with a brand-new dual-display system (which consists of 8-inch upper and 7-inch lower touchscreens), Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration, and Siri and Google Voice virtual assistance.
Value My Trade Home DeliveryThe INFINITI Q60 Has Many Features Across Several Trims
The 2020 INFINITI Q60 is available in Pure, Luxe, and Red Sport 400 trims. With two rows that accommodate up to four people, the coupe includes leatherette seat trim, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, brushed aluminum trim, front-seat 8-way power, and driver-side manual lumbar support as standard. Go with the Red Sport 400 for an upgrade to semi-aniline leather-appointed seating, a memory system with power lumbar and torso support for the driver's seat, and black carbon fiber trim.
In addition to the previously dual-display system, smartphone integration, and virtual assistance tech, base-level comfort and convenience features include cruise control, dual-zone automatic climate control, a smart key system with push-button engine ignition, Bluetooth audio streaming and hands-free phone calling, six-speaker audio, AM/FM radio, a single-disc CD player with MP3 playback capability, USB flash drive playback ability, two USB ports to hook up portable devices, HD Radio, and three months of SiriusXM satellite radio.
At the Luxe trim level, the Q60 also comes with auto-dimming ability on the rearview mirror and a garage-door opener. Only the Red Sport 400 has aluminum foot pedals, remote engine start, a Wi-Fi hotspot, three-month trial subscription to SiriusXM Traffic and SiriusXM Travel Link, a navigation system, voice recognition technology, and a 13-speaker Bose premium stereo system.
2020 Q60 Power & Performance
Although the 2020 INFINITI Q60 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine that is glued to a 7-speed automatic transmission, output differs according to trim. On the Pure and Luxe, the V6 engine produces 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. On the Red Sport 400, the engine generates 400 horsepower (thus the "400" suffix) and 350 lb-ft of torque, and the transmission is joined by steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Each trim is available in rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions.
Which Safety Features Are Available On The INFINITI Q60
Restraint and cushioning on the 2020 INFINITI Q60 are provided by a pair of front impact airbags; dual front seat-mounted side impacts airbags and two roof-mounted side curtain airbags. Also present are safety and security features such as a rearview camera, electronic vehicle stability control, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with electronic brake-force distribution and brake assist, traction control, hill start assist, and an anti-theft system.
Upgrade to at least the Luxe trim if you want to add driver-assistance technology such as forward collision warning, forward emergency braking, and pedestrian detection. For emergency calls, automatic collision notification, blind-spot warning, front and rear parking sensors, backup collision intervention, and a surround-view camera that replaces the rearview one, go with the Red Sport 400.
