The INFINITI Total Ownership Experience is a comprehensive program that allows you to access all the benefits of being an INFINITI owner. The program is designed for car owners who have recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle. A handful of valuable services come with the program, including 24-hour roadside assistance. If you happen to encounter a mishap on the road when you’re out and about, the program also gives you conveniences such as assistance finding lodging and alternative transportation.

INFINITI Total Ownership Experience Benefits

Many benefits come with INFINITI’s Total Ownership Experience program. To start, you’ll get a comprehensive certified pre-owned (CPO) limited warranty for your vehicle. Before purchase, the car will get a thorough 167-point inspection. For transparency and peace of mind, you will also get a CARFAX vehicle history report to see exactly what services and maintenance were performed on your car and when. The vehicle will also come with a CARFAX three-year buyback guarantee for your satisfaction and buying confidence. Emergency 24/7 roadside assistance is also part of the Total Ownership package. You’ll get a three-month trial subscription for satellite radio as well, which one of our helpful service center associates can help you set up and learn to use. If you need to bring your car in for service, you’ll be able to get a complimentary service vehicle through the program. Along with the list of standard features available through Total Ownership, you can enjoy some optional add-on perks, too, including an available Elite Extended Protection Program.

Basic Maintenance

In addition to the benefits above, your vehicle will also receive essential maintenance through the plan. For the first 12 months of car ownership or the first 15,000 miles that you drive, your vehicle is eligible for free maintenance service that includes two oil changes and oil filter changes, and two tire rotations if needed. These services apply to cars in the model year 2015 and older. If you buy a CPO car made in 2016 or later, your vehicle will get a maintenance plan that includes one oil change and oil filter change, and up to two tire rotations within the first 12 months of car ownership or the first 10,000 miles you drive.

Financial Services

Another package offered through the Total Ownership program is INFINITI’s financial services. The INFINITI Financial Services program (IFS) gives you flexible and alternative payment options with custom payment plans designed to help you drive the car you want within your budget.
