I've always had great service at infinity, unfortunately on 5/9/26 I brought my QX55 in for service and I didn't receive the quality and attention that I've come to rely on. I asked for a quote on my driver side window that was cracked if it wasn't covered under extended warranty, I had 2 screws missing from last service under the hood, they almost forgot to replace until I reminded them at pick up. After three service visits and 100-mile round trips for a bumper issue on my 2023 INFINITI QX60 (under 30k miles), the dealership failed to repair the vehicle. The service manager declined to fix it and redirected me to INFINITI Consumer Affairs. No consideration was given for repeated long-distance visits. I also overheard incentives being offered to other customers in exchange for positive reviews, which raises concerns about the authenticity of dealership ratings.

Service department wasn’t able to troubleshoot issue with the used Toyota Corolla they sold my daughter. She had to review the manual and video the example so the INFINITI service tech could see it themselves. Only owned it 2-3 weeks and it’s been sitting at INFINITI almost half of the time. When inspecting my car they found a small leak that could of ended up costing me money in the future and Ron seen that the warranty would cover it. Don't buy from this dealership. They will tell you anything to make the sale. I was already approved before I came to the dealership to buy a 2020 QX80 but Antonio said he could get me a better rate. So he ran my credit with about 10 other banks which lowered my score. Instead of the 8 percent he promised he got me at a 9.05 percent I was approved for 9.5 percent with my bank. The day before I purchased the 2024 QX50 Sport , the provided a 24 hours test one, saying it was exactly the same. If we talk about GOOD customer service, it has a name, JUSTIN TRAN. I want to thank Justin Tran from the service department (service director) for his enormous help and understanding in my case. I'm not going to go into details of what happened. But he got involve into my case and did not rest until a satisfactory result was obtained. I highly recommend speaking to him if help it’s necessary. He is a very kind and understanding person. (hard to find these days)

Took my Q50 RS in for low coolant. Service Advisor along with his team diagnosed the issue same day and had may car back to me in 5 days. Very happy with the service considering the turbos for this motor are usually on back order. Very happy with my service advisor Josh Munsil. He kept me updated on the status of my car and even stayed a little late to ensure I got my vehicle. Definitely going back to them for all my future INFINITI purchases!

The service manager Nick and service advisor Shelby were awesome. My car had been in the shop more than I would like. I shared my concerns with these two gentleman and they took care of the problems. I would recommend working with these fellas anytime. I was unable to open my lift gate on my SUV to remove my child seats. Without hesitation, the service advisor, Shelby hopped into the car to unhook my car seats. That in my opinion was above and beyond.

These people told me my lender charged a $3000 fee to take my loan and they rolled it over into the cost of my car. I called my lender and they made it very clear that they don’t charge loan or origination fees. This isn’t my only issue with them so I’m filing a complaint with the Atty General and every other entity that they’re connected with. I’m not playing these games. Make sure you read those contracts because they have some unsavory practices.
