REFRESHED INFINITI Q50 GETS NEW ‘HOLISTIC’ PERFORMANCE UPGRADES

The newly redesigned 2018 INFINITI Q50 is getting a lot of exciting new features, including a newly refreshed exterior design, as well as a restyled cabin that is chock full of new “holistic” technologies that have been enhanced to provide an even better driver experience.

An ‘Athletic’ Design

The new 2018 Q50 sports an “athletic stance” that when combined with the automaker’s Red Sport 400 grade gives this particular trim a unique look and feel when compared to the rest of INFINITI’s lineup. All models of the new Q50 now come with the automaker’s newly updated signature double-arch grille, which gives the sedan a “highly fluid profile.”

A More-Refined, Highly Technical Interior

By far, the biggest changes on the 2018 Q50 include updates in the sedan’s cabin, including new “authentic” materials, as well as new stitching, new “spinal support” seats and the inclusion of INFINITI’s InTouch services, which include two intuitive touch-capacitive color screens that allow drivers and passengers to personalize the cabin’s overall environment.

Adding to that is the automaker’s new ProPILOT system that integrates several driver assist systems on the Q50 to give drivers a better and safer ride.

A Powerful Engine

Under the hood, drivers of the 2018 Q50 will find that an available 3.0-liter V6 engine powers the sports sedan. Not only does the engine produce a very nice 300 horsepower (400 hp on Red Sport models), it’s also been honored on Wards’ prestigious “2017 Best Engines” list.
