They are making a pixel emoji that’s been designed carefully. The idea was to improve upon the overly simplistic car emoji that’s already available. Instead of the simple flat box with two wheels, INFINITI will be creating a more realistic emoji that looks like a real car.
The first one they will be trying to design is called the FX. This one is red and is in the Dynamic Sunstone Red color. It signifies a new generation of emojis that look a lot more like computer graphics rather than the old crudely drawn format that older generations are more used to seeing.
The emoji is going to be made official soon as it is sent to the Unicode Consortium shortly. Some people have said that the standard older car emoji looks like a toy, whereas the more recent version just looks faster and sleeker as well as more efficient and accurate.
It simply looks more like the car that it represents, which makes for better communication.
